Owen created a series of fifty hand-cut artworks to illustrate My Amazing Body Machine by Professor Robert Winston, which takes young readers on a unique and exciting journey through the human anatomy.

Bringing to life Professor Robert Winston’s explorations of the human body, Owen constructed intricate papercraft artworks of all the working parts of human anatomy. He used layered paper and blocks of colour to create the realistic diagrams, working with scientific consultants to ensure each piece, from the intricately wired brain and nervous system to the framework of the skeleton, was anatomically correct.
