How long will my items take to be shipped out?

All orders will be processed within 2 working days of your order being placed. Please note that during busy holiday periods, this may be slightly longer.

How much is shipping in the UK?

UK parcels can be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class, which costs £1.00-£4.00 depending on the size of the item. You can also choose Royal Mail Tracked 24hr, which costs £3.00-£5.00 depending on the size of the item.

All Original Artworks will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24Hr which costs a minimum of £8.00 and can vary depending on the piece.

How much is shipping worldwide?

International parcels can be sent via International Standard, which costs £2.00-£10.00 depending on the size of the item. You can also choose International Tracked & Signed, which costs £7.00-£15.00 depending on the size of the item.

All Original Artworks will be sent via International Tracked & Signed, which costs a minimum of £18.00 and can vary depending on the piece and where you are in the world.

Will my order be subject to customs/import costs?

If you are ordering from outside of the UK, your order may be subject to customs or import duties once it reaches your country. We are unable to cover these costs, and as these charges vary from country to country, we are also unfortunately unable to advise on how much they may be.

My parcel hasn't arrived, what should I do?

If you are worried your parcel may have got lost in the post, please get in touch with us here.

Returns

Do you offer returns?

Due to the small nature of our business, we are unable to offer returns.

What if my item arrives damaged/not as expected?

We pack our items very carefully with protective packaging, and take our time to describe each online listing in great detail, so we are confident there won't be any disappointments on arrival! However, if your item arrives damaged, or you feel it is not as described online, please drop us an email and we can look into this for you.
